The truth? I didn't see
this coming.

This isn’t just my work. It’s my calling.

My Story

If you’ve ever found yourself staring at your screen, wondering why your mind feels like it’s gone on holiday without you—or lying awake at 3am replaying conversations from work—you’re not alone.

I know, because I’ve been there too.

After more than two decades in corporate, I was used to handling pressure, leading teams, and keeping everything under control. Then menopause arrived. It didn’t announce itself politely; it crept in through brain fog, restless nights, and moments of self-doubt that left me questioning my place at the table.

I remember sitting in meetings, trying to contribute the way I always had, but feeling like my words just wouldn’t land. And that quiet fear—“Is this the beginning of the end of my career?”—was something I carried silently for far too long.

But I also discovered something important: menopause doesn’t have to take your confidence away. With the right tools—nutritious food that fuels you, movement that energises rather than exhausts you, and ways to calm the stress that builds up—this stage of life can actually become a turning point.

That’s why I created Fork & Fine. Here, I support professional women like you to find clarity in the fog, rebuild your confidence, and step into this season of life with calm strength. Through my POWERS Method, we focus on simple but powerful shifts in mindset, nutrition, movement, rest, communication, and balance—because you deserve to thrive, not just survive.

Menopause is part of your story, but it doesn’t define you. And its something that heppens to each and every woman. You are still capable, still ambitious, and still full of potential. The rest of your life truly can be the best of your life—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
